I graduated from the French Culinary Institute while still in my teens and have been working in some aspect of the food service industry ever since.
After moving to Brooklyn almost 20 years ago and starting a family I formed my meal delivery business, Olivia Cooks For You. the business grew into also an event catering service for everything from small dinner parties, to weddings and large corporate events. Now i’ve decided to hone my focus on just a few clients, providing very personalized meal services. This has given me the ability to really get to know who i’m working with and to work hand in hand to reach their goals, whether that is weight management, specialized diets or just good healthy food without any of the stress of planning, shopping, cooking or cleaning that entails.
Despite food being my business, it’s still my passion and joy and I jump at any opportunity to cook for my friends and family. love is my key ingredient in everything I make.
